Climax

The most intense, exciting or important point a story


ORIGIN mid 16th cent. (in rhetoric): from late Latin, from Greek klimax ‘ladder, climax.’ The sense [culmination] arose in the late 18th cent.


Example:

In Toy Story the climax would be when Buzz has a rocket strapped to his back and him and Woody fly through the sky to land safely in Andy's car
